Hello Jongerius is brilliant. “Curators describe Jongerius as ‘a unique talent who has no rivals’ (MoMA design curator Paola Antonelli); and ‘one of the most significant designers in the world today’ (Aaron Betsky, head of the Netherlands Architecture Institute).” This piece is not necessarily a great representation of her body of work, but it is as brilliant and unique as her other pieces. This piece is interesting because the depth of blackness juxtaposed against the floral bunch creates an interesting conversation between masculine and feminine; harsh and soft. http://www.jongeriuslab.com/site/html/

I really like this but I am not really sure what I am looking at. I would like to see more from this designer
